The Scenario

CIC Services is a Tennessee-based leader in the captive insurance space that faced a growing challenge: their annual 24-page onboarding form. Before partnering with Particle, the onboarding process required staff and customers to re-enter hundreds of fields of data. This led to frustration, low form completion rates, and a slower overall sales cycle.

Particle’s modernization approach led to a complete rebuild of the form from scratch using a modern technology stack. The new version pulled relevant customer information from CIC’s CRM and internal databases into the new form. Effectively ending the redundant data entry.

How We Did It

We worked closely with the CIC team to identify fields that were repeatedly entered by both customers and internal staff.

After analyzing CIC’s CRM and internal data models, we built a smarter, more integrated form that dynamically pulled known data directly into the user interface.

Given the sensitive data collected in the forms, Particle also developed a robust authentication solution to protect user data, and securely transfer it to CIC’s databases.

The Result

    • Customers no longer had to re-enter information the business already had
    • Staff saved hours of manual input and follow-up
    • Form completion rates increased

The Future

Particle’s solution to this problem became a blueprint for all future form solutions at the business. Within a few months, we used the same technology stack for lead generation form that also had customers and staff entering redundant CRM data, and took less time to build it.
